Equipped with a limiter sensor and a dump load controller, this inverter ensures safe and efficient feed-in to the public grid. Ideal for wind turbines, it enables optimal use of the energy generated and protects against overload. We call a system consisting of a grid-connected inverter and a wind turbine "SGWT". The small grid-connected inverter for wind power can capture the wind energy from wind turbines and feed it into the grid via its output cables without any additional equipment. Plug and play.

The inverter can be connected to any socket on the home's power grid. The small grid feed inverter monitors the volume, frequency and phase of the home's power grid and produces a clean sinusoidal AC output whose frequency and phase match the grid. The small grid feed inverter supplies power when the home grid is active. When the AC wind turbine is rotating and its output voltage is within the range of the inverter's rated voltage, the wind turbine generates energy and the grid feed inverter converts the energy from the wind turbine for the home grid. If the total power of the electrical appliances in the house is greater than the inverter's output power, the inverter's energy will be consumed in the house. This slows down the electricity meter; otherwise, the difference between the inverter's output power and the total power of the appliances will be dumped into the public grid.

NOTE: Any DC power inputs are prohibited.

How to choose the right output voltage of wind AC?

You can calculate the DC voltage from the 3 phases of the AC output voltage of the wind turbine. The formula is: ( V_{AC} = \frac{V_{DC}}{1,732} ). For example, if the DC input voltage range of the inverter is 45~90V, then the AC output range of the wind turbine should be 45/1,732 ~ 90/1,732 = AC25,9V ~ 51,96V.

Built-in dump load controller:

This model of grid feed-in is designed for wind turbines that generate three-phase AC voltage. It can maintain the speed of the wind turbine and keep the voltage from the wind turbine always within the rated range of the grid feed-in inverter. It also has a high voltage protection function; when the wind is too strong and the dump load control system cannot maintain the output voltage of the wind turbine, the controller will disconnect from the wind turbine, which makes it very safe to use.
