Compact hybrid charging controller for small wind and solar systems
The IstaBreeze® 650–850W hybrid charge controller combines an AC-to-DC rectifier with wind turbine control, enabling controlled charging of a connected battery system. It is designed for 500W and 700W wind turbines and supports – depending on the version – 12V, 24V, or 48V battery systems.
Additionally, a solar panel with up to 150W can be connected, allowing wind and solar energy to be used together for battery charging. Integrated features include automatic battery protection, short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as automatic and manual braking functions for the wind turbine.
Ideal for: compact off-grid systems, 500W and 700W wind turbines, 12V/24V/48V battery banks and small wind-solar hybrid systems.

Important: This charge controller is not suitable for lithium batteries. If using a lithium battery, a suitable charge controller must be selected.
