The newly developed IstaBreeze® Heli 2.0 is a wind turbine for long-term professional use that automatically supplies reliable energy even under extreme conditions.
The generous dimensioning of the generator components and the heat dissipation through the grooves in the nacelle housing ensure a low heat load, which guarantees a long service life even at high ambient temperatures.
The generator shaft runs in permanently lubricated, robust deep groove ball bearings made of stainless steel. The support element of the Heli series is equipped with azimuth swivel bearings.

◆ Large LCD display. The pictures visually indicate the working status. Various data show: voltage, current, real-time wind turbine output, voltage, current, output of the power supply group, battery voltage, charging current. In the event of a power failure, the historical data can be saved for 30 days.
◆ Two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase dump load system.
◆ The PWM constant voltage control is 120% of the nominal power of the wind turbine. If the PWM capacity is exceeded, the three-phase tipping load starts automatically immediately to ensure safe operation of the entire wind turbine.
◆ When the strong or super strong wind controls PWM to make sure that the battery is charged by the wind turbine with constant voltage and current.
◆ If the battery is disconnected or damaged, the three-phase tipping load will start automatically to prevent the wind turbine from idling and a runaway accident.
